Microsoft Windows System Administration, End user support on Laptops / Desktops, Servers, L2 switch Administration.
Installation, support, maintenance, configuration, management, monitoring and performance tuning of all windows server architecture(s) including Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016 and LINUX
Must have experience in the following Windows Server technologies:
- - Active Directory Domain Services
  - DNS, DHCP , NAT , VPN Configurations
  - Patching and Update Services. Event logs
  - Windows Firewall configuration, AntiVirus configuration.
  - Group Policy Management
  - Office 365, Emails
  - Backup and Storage , Printer Configurations
  - HP/DELL/IBM Server Hardware knowledge
Working Knowledge on Linux would be big plus.
Cisco, HPE and Similar Switch configurations
Must have experience in the virtualization technologies, VMware/Hyper-V.
Experience in Exchange will be considered favorably.
Working knowledge of Wireless access points and allied products.
Should be a fast learner, coordinate and work with OEMS.
Must have the ability to document changes and store in a centralized location.
Must have worked in an Incident Management tool and follow company policies in Change Management.
Must provide regular updates to management on accomplishments, issues and progress.
Avoid working in a silos, engage with stake holders to gather requirements, understand pain-points and develop solutions.
Be open to assist in other areas and learn new tools like Solarwinds, Cisco Prime , HPE NMS and similar products
Ability to discuss issues and prepare/present Root Cause Analysis to a varied audience
