- Systems assembling
- System Hardware parts replacement/ upgrading
- Systems Storage Administration
- Bitlocker configuration and troubleshooting
- Windows OS Format & Installation
- Windows Patch Management & troubleshooting
- Microsoft Outlook configuration & troubleshooting
- Printer, Scanner Installations & Troubleshooting
- Maintain Asset Tracking
- Knowledge on basic Network configuration & troubleshooting
- User administration on Microsoft Active Directory
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 & Azure
- Knowledge on ITIL framework (service desk, Incident management & change management)

Graduate from IT domain with relevant experience of 3+ years into system administration
