Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Provide end-user desktop support for Windows and macOS systems.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network (LAN/Wi-Fi) issues.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, business applications, and security software.
- Manage user accounts, email configuration, and system access.
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding by setting up IT assets and access.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
- Ensure timely issue resolution with minimal business downtime.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3 Years to 4 year of experience in Desktop Support/IT Support.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Apple devices (MacBook, iPhone, iPad).
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, Microsoft 365, and Outlook.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
