Job Description
Detailed Job responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and desktop systems.
- Manage **macOS devices including **Apple MacBook and Apple iMac used within the organization.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access control.
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, WiFi access points, routers, and switches.
- Administer email systems and cloud services such as Google Workspace.
- Ensure data backup, endpoint security, and antivirus protection.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
- Support IT infrastructure during events, festivals, and conferences (WiFi setup, laptops, printers, temporary networking).
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, rentals, and repairs.
- Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and infrastructure documentation.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor s degree in IT / Computer Science
