We are looking for a skilled System Admin with hands-on experience in IT support across Microsoft 365, macOS, Windows, Linux platforms, and endpoint management. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end technical support, manage assets, and support day-to-day IT operations. Knowledge of ISO 27001 audits and software audit processes will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for Mac, Windows, and Linux devices, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
Provide support and user administration across Microsoft 365 platform, Jamf and ADM enrollment
Assist with Endpoint Management Intune including device enrollment, compliance checks, DLPs and configuration profiles.
Perform system installations, OS upgrades, patching, and overall system maintenance.
Provide basic network troubleshooting and connectivity support.
Maintain accurate asset inventory, software lists, and device records.
Support internal software license audits, contribute to ISO 27001,SOC2 audit processes (added advantage).
Ensure adherence to IT security best practices and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with global IT teams for escalations and advanced issue resolution.
Provide on-site support as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3 6 years of experience in IT/System Support roles.
Must be aware of Microsoft 365 platform
Knowledge in supporting macOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
Experience using Endpoint Management tools (Intune/Endpoint Manager or similar).
Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, imaging, software installation, and system configuration.
Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools and SLA-driven support workflows.
Good understanding of IT security fundamentals and compliance awareness.
