Basic Requirements,

We need a team of 10 members

Qualifications: -

Team Member- Bachelors in mechanical engineering with 6-8 years of experience or

Diploma with 8-10 years of experience in similar field and at least 2-3 years of experience

in steel tower manufacturing of wind turbine along with NDT Level-2 in PT, MT, UT & VT.

Hands on experience field of welding, fabrication, NDT and coating.

1. Team Member Roles & Responsibilities at Tower Manufacturer Location (Envision &

Envision’s Customer Scope)

a) Raw material (Plate and Flange) incoming inspection at tower manufacturer

b) Plate UT re-examination.

c) CTQ (Critical to Quality) witness in Tower manufacturing process.

I. PTC (Production Test Coupon) welding witness

II. Adhesion Test witness of coating.

d) Welding and shelf-life consumables monitoring.

e) Process and production supervision as per scope of agreed QAP between

Envision & Tower manufacturer or Envision & Customer.

I. Welding activity supervision.

II. In-process supervision.

III. Final Dimension inspection (Black Stage)

IV. Coating Inspection

V. Internals Assembly Inspection.

VI. Pre-Dispatch Inspection.

f) Identifying the non-conforming process and highlighting the same for RCA

and CAPA

g) Dossier review of the tower sections needs to be completed within 24 Hrs

once the COC received from tower manufacturers.

h) Carry out the inspection as per Envision’s requirements other than the

above-mentioned scope.

i) Prepare daily and weekly reports and other reports if any as per Envision

requirements.

Coordinate with our customer representative for inspection activities at inprocess

as well as final clearance stages.

k) Deputation would be on PAN India basis at our all-tower manufacturer end.

l) Weekly 6 Days working with 8 Hrs working per day as per our suppliers

working & holiday policies.

m) Accommodation, transportation, and other allowances will be in scope of

TPI agencies.
