Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and Surveillance: Conduct continuous monitoring of CCTV cameras, alarms, and other surveillance equipment to ensure safety and security across all premises.
- Incident Detection and Reporting: Identify, investigate, and report unusual or suspicious activities. Ensure timely communication with the relevant security personnel and stakeholders.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze surveillance data, document incidents, and prepare regular reports on security trends, potential risks, and preventive measures.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure that all security protocols are strictly followed. Report any breaches of protocol or unauthorized access.
- Emergency Support: Act swiftly in emergencies by following escalation procedures and coordinating with emergency response teams when needed.
