Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for incident management and service requests, ensuring quick resolution and minimizing downtime.
• Monitor system health, applications, and infrastructure using tools like Grafana and Kibana, and perform routine health checks.
• Analyze logs across Linux systems, applications, and containerized environments to identify issues and perform basic debugging.
• Monitor and analyze telecom network KPIs (2G\/4G\/5G) and resolve OSS\/data issues.
• Collaborate with L2\/L3 teams and cross-functional teams for issue escalation, resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Work with distributed components such as Redis, Kafka, OAuth, and Zookeeper.

  Required Skills

  • Strong Linux, SQL, and log debugging expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes\/OpenShift.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus) is a plus..
