Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for EMR/EHR systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with hospital information systems and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of errors and implement solutions.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and their applications in healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
