Job Summary

CGS is looking for a Support Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the PLM domain, strong SQL skills, and excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities. In this role, you will provide functional and technical support, resolve customer issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for PLM applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported issues.
• Coordinate with development and implementation teams for issue resolution.
• Support data migration activities and customer queries.
• Execute SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution.
• Investigate application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Document issues, resolutions, and support activities.
• Deliver timely and high-quality support while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in PLM application support.
• Hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications.
• Good knowledge of SQL (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in providing functional and technical application support.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Apparel/Fashion domain.
• Exposure to data migration and data validation.
• Strong customer handling and stakeholder management skills.
