Support Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• We need help with triaging, organizing, and tracking DSATs and Bugs reported by users and auditors for Bing defensive.
• No special technical/coding skills needed except for familiarity with excel and outlook.
• Need to have basic understanding of RAI space, preferred if he has prior experience, else we can also train for this.
• The candidate must have a strong sense of ownership and attention to details.
• Follow instructions carefully and timely completion of work items and following SLAs

Typical day in the role.

• Track feedback/bug reporting system to identify freshly reported DSATs/Bugs
• Resolve using standard procedure for simple bugs.
