Support Analyst/Engineer
Location: Chennai (Navalur)
Complete Onsite role
Candidates returning from a career break, currently working in a different field with 3+Yrs exp. with completed Java courses are also welcome to apply.
Experience: 3+ Years
Salary : 25000/Month
Key Responsibilities
- Perform SQL-based data validation and production issue analysis.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with application, database, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Monitor batch jobs and perform health checks.
- Analyse logs and identify root causes of production issues.
- Support production deployments and change activities.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain support documentation.
- Participate in rotational shifts and provide production support.
Mandatory Skills
Strong Java and SQL knowledge
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work in a Production Support environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Willing to work from the Chennai office.
