Supply Chain Leader

Preferred skills:

• Strong fundamental knowledge of supply chain concepts, with a primary focus on distribution applications

• Hands-on working knowledge of warehouse management applications Manhattan WM Open Systems platform experience is a plus

• Ability to design, configure, test and deploy WMS solutions

• Demonstrable leadership skills

• Startup mindset

• Knowledge of labor management solutions

• Ability to measure key supply chain metrics and share feedback with client executives

• Experience championing full cycle functional testing to ensure quality solutions

• Ability to create value in WMS implementations by identifying efficiency opportunities and managing risk

• Experience using SQL as a troubleshooting and reporting aid

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in industrial engineering or computer science with supply chain focus

• 6-10 years of experience implementing supply chain software

• 50 to 75% travel

• Experience troubleshooting complex software solutions

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate to all levels of an organization

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
