Execute Forecasting & Demand Planning exercise on a weekly basis
o Setup / streamline Replenishment Model
o Streamline New Launch Buys to have better inventory control and reduce
excess
o Improve Planning & Forecasting Accuracy within the business
Monitor key inventory metrics
o Brand level SOH
o Availability
o Fill rate
o Excess/Liquidation
o Opportunity Loss
o Inventory Ageing
Set up data analysis reports to identify gaps and areas of improvements in Buying
& Replenishment models
Monitor OTB Model at Category/Price Point level - manage in-season revisions,
forecasting to Merchandising Plans and Open to Buy for assigned division
Work collaboratively with Brand Management, Buying team & WH operations
team to ensure seamless flow of merchandise and resolve/troubleshoot issues
Identify improvement opportunities in Key supply chain metrics like DOH,
Opportunity Loss, Logistic cost etc to optimize on process and cost
