Job Description
We are looking for a Supply Chain Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Manhattan WMS to support implementation, configuration, and production support activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Manhattan WMS solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Configure warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Work on integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.
• Prepare functional documentation and provide end-user training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Manhattan WMS.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain management.
• Experience in Manhattan WMS implementation, configuration, and support.
• Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, cycle counting, and replenishment.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile methodology is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Manhattan Active WMS.
• Exposure to API/EDI integrations.
• Experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Manufacturing domains.
• Manhattan WMS certification is an added advantage.
