Role & responsibilities
Looking for a passionate and driven Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our team. If you have a strong technical background and hands-on experience in supplier quality management, this is an excellent opportunity to grow and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve the quality of incoming materials (Textiles, Rubber, Plastics & Metal components)
- Drive reduction in supplier rejections and improve overall vendor performance
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate with vendors, purchase, and factory teams for quality and system improvements
- Lead supplier meetings and performance reviews
- Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance
- Develop and enhance supplier capability through structured initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Preferred candidate profile
- Educational background in Textile / Mechanical / Polymer or related technical field
- Knowledge of quality tools, RCA, CAPA, and supplier audits
- Experience in vendor coordination and supplier quality improvement
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / QMS systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
