Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement QA/QC Policy of the company.
- To ensure that all RM/PM received adhere to the standard specification.
- To ensure that all finished goods manufactured in the factory adhere to the standard product specification.
- To ensure that all the operation/process is as per formulation and standard.
- To conduct finished product analysis as per sampling plan.
- Define and regular update quality specification for RM/PM/FP and other misc. items related to production.
- Ensure the quality of RM/PM & FP strictly adhere to specification parameters laid out or within the permissible limits of tolerance.
- Improve the quality of existing products.
- Quality Control
- To carry out Quality Audits.
- Cost Reduction
- Technology upgradation
- Continuous improvement in quality
- Automation(SAP)
Desired Candidate Profile
The individual should have thorough knowledge and hands on experience in the Quality Assurance of Fabric Care/ Home Care/ Personal Care products. The candidate should have following Personality Traits :
