Supervisor- Mechanical (FTC Basis)

1) supervise following maintenance activities.

a. HVAC system including Chiller, cooling tower, chilled water pumps, cooling water pumps, AHU, FCU, VRF system, Domestic AC, Refrigerators, dehumidifiers, Walk in coolers, Cold rooms, Mortuary.

b. Calibration of refrigerators & Forms to be filled.

c. Maintenance of Medical gas system, Air compressors, Vacuum compressors, pumps.

2) To maintain record of preventive & breakdown maintenance of equipment.

3) Review of daily maintenance activities & escalated complaints.

4) Necessary work permits to be filled & get it approved for the work to be done.

5) Inform reporting Engineer for requirement of materials.

6) Shutdown activities to be carried out if required in night shifts.
