Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure high levels of performance and productivity
Assign tasks and projects to team members based on their skills, knowledge, and capacity, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion

Operational Oversight:Oversee day-to-day operations within your area of responsibility, ensuring that tasks and projects are executed efficiently and effectively
Develop and implement operational procedures, workflows, and quality standards to optimize performance and achieve organizational goals
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of operations and identify areas for improvement
Resource Management:Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support the needs of the team and ensure the successful execution of projects
Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and minimize waste, while maintaining budgetary constraints and operational requirements
Coordinate with other departments or stakeholders to obtain necessary resources and support for projects and initiatives
Performance Evaluation and Feedback:Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to recognize achievements, address areas for improvement, and support professional development
Set performance goals and expectations for team members, and monitor progress towards achieving them
Address performance issues or conflicts in a timely and appropriate manner, in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
Communication and Collaboration:Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments or stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, priorities, and expectations
Serve as a liaison between team members and upper management, conveying relevant information, updates, and feedback as needed
