Job Requirements Details:
- Role: Electrical Supervisor (Maintenance Department)
- Preferred Industry: Rubber or plastics molding
- Engineering degree/background.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts at Ranjangaon MIDC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily electrical maintenance and breakdown handling for plant machinery.
- Coordinate with the production department to minimize downtime.
- Lead a team of electricians, monitoring performance and safety compliance.
- Maintain maintenance reports, checklists, and MIS documentation.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage electrical spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Support project and modification work as required
