* Design and implement people analytics reports using SF tools to drive business decisions and improve HR processes.
* Develop and maintain dashboards to track key HR metrics, such as employee engagement, turnover, and diversity.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and implement solutions using SF reporting features.
* Optimize and automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
* Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure reporting data is accurate and reliable.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with SF people analytics reporting and implementation of HR metrics and dashboards.
* Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
* Knowledge of HR systems and processes, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
* Experience with project management and implementation of HR technology solutions.
* Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
