Job Description
- The Subscription and Marketing Assistant works closely with the Product Manager to lead the subscription drive for both the English and Hindi editions of The Caravan.
- The primary responsibilities include responding to customer queries promptly, assisting in resolving issues to enhance subscriber satisfaction, managing and expanding institutional subscriptions through consistent outreach and relationship building and supporting the growth of The Caravan's readership in India and abroad.
- We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about The Caravan and eager to explore the possibilities it offers to paying readers and advertisers.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Understanding of subscription driven media practices at home and abroad.
- Skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Professional understanding of office tools like MS Excel, Word etc
