;Handle inbound and outbound calls for website sales and digital marketing services.
;Understand client requirements and recommend suitable website and digital solutions.
;Guide and support the sales team with product knowledge and customer handling techniques.
;Manage client communications through calls, emails, and online meetings.
;Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
;Desired Candidate Profile:
;Minimum 1+ years of experience in Website Selling, International BPO, or IT Sales.
;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
;Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
;Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
;Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
;Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
;Comfortable working in US Night Shift.
