Project Overview

The role is for a large-scale ServiceNow transformation and migration program involving a clone-first implementation approach for the target organization. The project includes instance discovery, stabilization and validation of foundation data and re-pointing of scoped integrations to new endpoints and target ServiceNow instance URLs.

The consultant will play a key role in requirement analysis, process alignment, solution validation, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring successful implementation across Governance, Risk, Compliance, Third Party Risk, and Security Operations domains.
