Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage counter sales operations at luxury watch and jewelry stores, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality sales performance.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations on products.
• Collaborate with store teams to achieve sales targets, improve product knowledge, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in retail sales or related field (luxury goods preferred).
• Strong understanding of counter sales principles, including cash handling procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
