About us :
Stratzi builds AI-powered operations infrastructure for Indian SMEs insurance brokers, financial intermediaries, and professional services firms. We have paying clients and live deployments. This is an early, foundational hire.
The role :
You will own the core AI layer memory, retrieval, and learning systems that power our agent platform. Hands-on production engineering. You'll work directly with the founding team and your architecture decisions will shape the product.
What you'll do :
- Design and maintain production RAG and retrieval pipelines
- Build and iterate on agentic orchestration systems
- Own the feedback infrastructure that improves agent performance over time
- Integrate with external APIs, document systems, and web portals
- Write evals and monitor performance in production
Stack
Python LangChain / LangGraph Claude / OpenAI Vector DBs (Pinecone / Qrant) PostgreSQL Redis Playwright GCP FastAPI
What we're looking for
- Must : at least one production RAG or agent system you have built and can demonstrate
- Strong Python async, real-world API integrations, clean error handling
- Fluency with LLM orchestration frameworks and their tradeoffs
- Can make architecture decisions independently and explain them clearly
- Good to have : browser automation, knowledge graphs, fine-tuning pipelines
