KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning and Development: Lead the development of strategic plans that align with company goals, including identifying key objectives, evaluating market conditions, and setting performance targets.
Market Analysis and Research: Conduct and oversee comprehensive market and competitive research to identify new growth opportunities, industry trends, and market dynamics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with departments such as product, finance, marketing, and operations to implement and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Performance Tracking: Define and track KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic projects, creating dashboards and regular reports to communicate results to senior management.
Business Case Development: Develop business cases for new initiatives, including financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessments to support decision-making.
Project Management: Oversee and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or a related field, with proven success in managing complex projects and teams.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and financial modeling.
Excellent communication skills with experience in creating detailed presentations and reports for executive-level audiences.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
