Overview :
As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive innovation and business growth. Utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, solve complex challenges, and align organizational objectives with actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning :
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify and assess market opportunities to inform business decisions.
2. Data Collection and Analysis :
- Collect, process, and analyze data from various internal and external sources.
- Use advanced tools such as Python, R, and SQL for statistical analysis and modelling.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to guide strategic decision-making.
3. Data Visualization and Reporting :
- Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, impactful manner.
4. Business Insights and Recommendations :
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies and solutions.
- Provide recommendations to address challenges and seize growth opportunities.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategic goals.
- Communicate technical insights and strategies in an accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Market and Competitive Analysis :
- Perform in-depth research and analysis of market trends and competitors.
- Identify risks and opportunities in the market environment.
7. Project Management :
- Lead strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor progress and address challenges to maintain alignment with goals.
8. Innovation and Continuous Improvement :
- Proactively identify areas for strategic improvement and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in strategic consulting, data analysis, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and market research methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and impactful strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic projects.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications for business insights.
- Experience in customer-centric strategies or hyper-personalization initiatives.
- Knowledge of competitive landscapes within Banking and Finance
