Job Description
The Strategy Associate will work closely with senior team members to analyze market trends, evaluate internal and external data, and develop actionable insights for strategic planning. This role involves performing competitive research, creating strategic reports, and supporting the development of new business opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans, including analyzing potential business opportunities and recommending initiatives for growth.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various sources, creating insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Reporting and Documentation: Create reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Project Management: Support project planning, track progress, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, product, and marketing, to align strategy efforts across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating professional presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
