Job Title: Strategy Operations Manager
Location: Bengaluru (On-Site)
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, smart, and problem-solving-oriented Strategic Operations professional to work closely with the GTM leadership team across four zones. The role will focus on driving strategic initiatives, solving operational bottlenecks, supporting zonal teams, and enabling the GTM organization to achieve its business goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with GTM and Channel teams to drive strategy and operational initiatives across four zones.
  • Work closely with zonal heads to identify and resolve business and operational bottlenecks .
  • Support GTM teams in closing critical deals by providing strategic and operational support.
  • Analyze business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to improve GTM performance.
  • Track key business metrics, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Channels, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Travel to different zones as required to work closely with zonal leadership and field teams.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure consistent execution of GTM strategies across regions.
  • Take ownership of high-priority projects and initiatives assigned by the leadership team.
  • Act as a bridge between HQ leadership and zonal GTM teams , ensuring effective communication and execution.
Required Skills
  • 3-6 years of experience in Strategy Operations, GTM, Sales, or Channel Operations .
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working closely with GTM/Sales/Channel teams .
  • Strong communication and execution-oriented mindset .
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets .
  • Comfortable with travel and working in a fast-paced environment .
  • High-energy, proactive, and ownership-driven individual.
