Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sourcing Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for electronic components and materials. Negotiate contracts, terms, and Leverage your industry knowledge to identify and partner with suppliers who share our commitment to quality and innovation.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Build deep, strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure a seamless supply of critical components. Engage in regular communication with suppliers to address potential issues proactively and foster long-term partnerships
  • Cost Quality Optimization: Continuously seek ways to reduce costs without compromising quality by exploring alternative suppliers, materials, or manufacturing processes.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the production and Engineering teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of materials.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all sourced materials comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and environmental sustainability practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including potential disruptions, quality issues, and financial instability of suppliers.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sourcing activities, including cost savings, supplier performance, and project timelines. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making within the company.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronics sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the clean energy or power electronics industry.
Skills
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
