We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Executive Assistant to support our CEO in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive assistance and strategic planning, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.
• Manage and maintain complex calendars, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and meetings.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
