Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, profitability, and store performance.
- Ensure smooth store operations and compliance with SOPs.
- Manage inventory, shrinkage, and stock availability.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 28 years of experience in retail store operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
