We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales, and deliver an excellent customer experience for IRTH by Titan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and team performance
• Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability
• Ensure high standards of customer service and visual merchandising
• Handle inventory, billing, and stock management
• Train, motivate, and supervise store staff
• Maintain store hygiene, SOPs, and brand standards

Requirements:

• Graduate with retail sales experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in fashion/lifestyle/jewellery retail preferred
• Ability to handle targets and team management
