Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager (Tanishq) to lead showroom operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end daily operations of the jewellery showroom
Drive monthly and annual sales targets while improving store profitability
Deliver a premium customer experience and ensure a luxury shopping journey
Handle high-value customer interactions, billing, and sales closures
Lead, train, and motivate sales teams and support staff
Ensure cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction security
Ensure compliance with audit processes and company policies
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
615 years of retail experience, preferably in Jewellery or Luxury Retail
Knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery product categories
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with Jewellery POS
Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution capabilities
