Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Management: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; Drive conversion rates and average transaction value through upselling and cross-selling; Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, and manage store staff; Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and coaching; Foster a customer-centric, high-performance culture.
• Client Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences; Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients; Manage follow-ups and personalized communication strategies.
• Store Operations & Merchandising: Ensure optimal store presentation and visual merchandising standards; Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and store maintenance; Coordinate with head office for promotions, reporting, and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in retail sales or store management.
• Jewellery, luxury, or fashion retail experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and local language (preferred).
