Job description

• Recommend appropriate lenses, frames, and optical products based on customer needs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and deliver a superior in-store experience.
• Achieve store sales targets and drive business growth.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure productivity.
• Maintain inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize stock loss.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service escalations professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with optical and company standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with Area Managers and support functions to ensure smooth store operations.
• Build strong customer relationships to improve repeat business and customer satisfaction.
