Store Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage store operations, ensure excellent customer experience and drive walk-in sales. Look at VM.
• Drive project sales through strong connects with Tier 1 Architects, Interior Designers, PMC, Consultants, and Hospitality Industry
• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on revenue and customer satisfaction
• Identify new markets and business opportunities
• Arrange client meetings and convert leads into business
• Promote products/services aligned with client requirements
• Prepare sales contracts and ensure compliance
• Track performance and prepare sales reports
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Preferred candidate profile

• Ability to manage sales + store operations simultaneously
• Strong market knowledge and project sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Established industry network (Architects, Designers, Consultants)
• MBA preferred
