Role & responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive showroom revenue through effective sales planning and execution.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversions.
- Maximize average bill value (ABV), customer conversion, and overall showroom productivity.
Store Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
- Ensure product displays are clean, attractive, and customer-friendly.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely replenishment.
