Store Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Drive showroom profitability through effective sales strategies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and premium shopping experience.
• Monitor daily sales, conversions, and KPIs.
• Manage staff attendance, scheduling, leave, and performance.
• Ensure visual merchandising and showroom standards are maintained.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and conduct stock audits.
• Minimize stock discrepancies and ensure asset security.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Brand teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
• Ensure proper opening and closing of the showroom and cash management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• 58 years of retail experience, with at least .
• Experience in luxury watches, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail preferred.
