Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
• Oversee sales team performance, provide guidance on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 6-8 years of experience in retail management or related field (beauty & personal care).
• Strong understanding of cosmetics, skin care products, and industry trends.
• Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent operational skills with attention to detail.
