Store Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Drive sales and achieve store revenue targets.
• Manage, train, and motivate the store team.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns.
• Oversee inventory, stock accuracy, and visual merchandising.
• Monitor store KPIs, sales performance, and operational compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, cash handling, and security standards.
• Coordinate with Head Office for stock, promotions, and store operations.
• Prepare reports and implement strategies to improve store performance.
• Maintain a positive, high-performance, and customer-focused work environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in Fashion, Jewellery, Luxury, or Lifestyle Retail.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager with strong team leadership skills.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving business targets.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience in inventory management and store operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and retail billing/POS systems.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
