Role: Store Manager (3+ Openings)
Location: Raebareli, Kaudihar/ Kaurihar (Prayagraj), Pratapgarh (MP)
Work Model: 6 day work week
Role Overview
The Store Manager will be responsible for overall store operations, sales performance, inventory management, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Achieve sales targets and improve walk-in conversions
Handle inventory management, stock audits, and replenishment
Train, manage, and schedule store staff
Ensure excellent customer service and issue resolution
Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and compliance
Prepare daily sales and stock reports
Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer goods preferred
Strong people management and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (POS, billing, inventory systems)
Local market familiarity is an advantage
