Role & responsibilities

Reporting To: Area Operations Manager

Role Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for driving store performance by achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, managing store staff, and maintaining smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction.
• Drive store sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to improve performance.
• Recruit and develop staff while controlling attrition.
• Manage store cash, inventory, and POS operations.
• Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Ensure SOP compliance and proper store operations.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and product quality.
• Schedule staff shifts and maintain adequate staffing levels.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate (minimum qualification). with 2 years of Store manager experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer handling ability.
• Result-oriented with multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced retail environment
