Role & responsibilities
Manage daily showroom operations, including inventory, displays, and staff schedules. • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets. • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue. • Assist customers in choosing mattresses and sleep solutions that fit their needs. • Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally. • Ensure showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. • Track stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely replenishment. • Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal sales strategies. • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems. • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales, performance, and showroom activities
