Khadim Footwear is looking for passionate and experienced Retail Store Managers to join our growing team.
Locations: Bengaluru, Mysore (Karnataka), Coimbatore & Chennai (Tamil Nadu)
Eligibility:
Graduate (UG)
Age: 18-35 years
Male & Female Candidates
Good communication and leadership skills
Retail experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve store sales targets and profitability
• Lead, motivate and manage the store team
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Handle daily store operations
• Monitor inventory and stock availability
• Resolve customer concerns effectively
• Ensure visual merchandising and store standards
• Maintain compliance with company policies
