Role & responsibilities:

Store Manager

• Oversee overall store operations and daily activities
• Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Manage stock, inventory, and product availability
• Monitor store visual merchandising and display standards.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and store operations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Ensure smooth billing, cash handling, and store security.
• Maintain discipline and compliance with company policies
• Supervise and guide the sales team
• Assist in achieving sales targets
• Ensure proper customer service and smooth floor management
• Monitor inventory and stock replenishment
• Handle billing and cash management when required
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Help resolve customer queries and complaints
• Prepare daily sales reports and operational updates
• Take charge of store operations in the store manager's absence
