Store Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to ensure high productivity and excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation as per brand standards.
• Handle daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and compliance with company policies.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and employee engagement.
• Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve store profitability.
• Ensure a superior customer shopping experience by resolving customer concerns promptly and maintaining high service standards.
