Store Manager - Female

This is a full-time on-site Female Store Manager - (Lingerie) role located in Hyderabad & Chennai. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, overseeing store management, retail loss prevention, and communicating effectively with customers and employees.

Job Description:

• Proven experience in Store/Outlet Management or similar roles
• Experience and knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service experience
• Strong understanding and ability to manage operational procedures and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership qualities, including the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Responsible for overall store operations, Sales Target, store profitability
• Experience in the apparel industry is preferable

Other requirements:

• General Shift (9 hours)
• Weekend availability required
• Week off between Monday to Thursday (no WO on Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
