Key Responsibilities

- Drive Sales & Growth: Implement promotions, upselling, and cross-selling strategies & actively drive sales.

- Customer Experience Champion: Build strong rapport with customers and create a delightful, consultative buying journey from walk-in to checkout and post-purchase follow-up.

- Visual Merchandising: Plan and execute store displays for multiple brands to ensure the space is aesthetically premium, on-brand, and aligned with Frootles' global standards. Maintain planogram compliance and seasonal refreshes.

- Voice of Customer: Capture real-time customer feedback, understand purchase decision drivers, and share actionable insights with HQ to continuously enhance the in-store experience.

- Store Operations: Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, shrinkage control, cash handling, and day-to-day finances. Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs and audit requirements.

- Team Leadership: Coach the team on product knowledge, brand stories, and service excellence to ensure every customer interaction feels premium.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any discipline

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Hindi, and local regional language. Must be able to engage HNI customers and global brand representatives with confidence.

- Skills: Strong leadership, sales acumen, visual merchandising sense, inventory & P&L management, and proficiency in POS/Excel.

- Traits: Customer-obsessed, target-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology and design.

- Work Experience: 2-4 Years of Experience in a similar field preferred.

What We Offer

- Salary: 5,50,000 - 6,00,000 CTC

- Performance incentives: Min. Guarantee of Rs. 7,500/- incentive per month
